A brand-new purpose built building situated in the south of Spain’s Costa del Sol city of Malaga. The accommodation is modern and contemporary in design, a very comfortable space! With the nearest public transport only a 3-minute walk away you’ll find yourself well-connected when you stay here.
The airport just 6.9km away and the city center will take you just 20 minutes to get to. Palacio de Ferias y Congresos or Trade Fair and Congress Center of Malaga is just 5 minutes walking distance. ?

The space
This studio is bright, clean and tidy, in fact, everything is new! There is independent air-conditioning/heating to keep you happy. You’ll have a comfortable big single bed with linen provided. There’s also a handy workstation, ideal for working on your laptop using free high-speed Wi-Fi. You have ample storage including a full-length wardrobe. The room has a private bathroom with a shower, all towels and toiletries are provided. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, fridge and is stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses & mugs, enough to create basic meals. The room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV. All in all, everything you need for a comfortable homely stay.
You’ll also have access to all the communal areas of this development which include a laundry room, chill-out saloon and a common shared KITCHEN (on the same floor) with pans, kettle, toaster, etc. so perfect if you wish to cook a proper meal.
Please understand that although this is a private studio, you do have neighbors so please show respect by limiting noise especially when arriving and leaving the building.

With such a lovely accommodation you’ll be tempted to stay in and enjoy it, but as Malaga enjoys less than half the annual rainfall that London does, maybe you should get out and explore. You’ll be well located with the airport just 6.9km away and the city center will take you just 20 minutes to get to. The nearest open space for a walk is across the road , just 3 minutes away.

There are a few restaurants a short way north of your studio. Casa Lobato is well liked in the area with nearly one and a half thousand reviews, it’s only 6 minutes walk away. Rosario’s Burgers Restaurant is also popular and serves pizza and baguettes amongst other menus, they are only 7 minutes walk.
Eating In
The two restaurants above also do take-away and delivery so it’s always an option to eat at home. Ubereats operate in the area so there are a lot of options to get food delivered. If you fancy making use of your own kitchenette you can get produce to cook locally too. Maricela Ultramarinos Mari and Mini Supermercado Bazar are both around 4 minutes walking.
Sightseeing
Jardín Botánico Histórico La Concepción is a beautiful place to spend some peaceful time, it’s considered to be one of the best exotic gardens in Spain. If you fancy shopping for local products then head down to Muelle Uno mall in the port area, it’s a promenade lined with shops, restaurants and bars. A visit to the 18thcentury Plaza de la Merced is a must, it’s the historic square in the old town of Malaga and where the city’s most famous son, Pablo Picasso was born. Just off the Square is Mercado de la Merced, a fantastic fresh market and one of the trendiest places to dine in Malaga. With all of this and much more, plus the amazing beaches you’ll have lots to enjoy!
